Come to hear Bob Bruggner, a resident of Havana and co-owner of The Palmetto Island Oyster Company,  talk about methods, strategies and lessons learned during his eight years of growing high quality, safe, sustainable, farm raised Gulf Coast oysters in the Florida's panhandle.

Oysters, Beer and Wine will be available for purchase, outside the Havana Shade Tobacco Museum,  under the Planters Exchange Pavilion at 204 2nd Street NW, Havana, FL.  All proceeds will go to the Havana History & Heritage Society, Inc., "Raise The Roof" Initiative
